Requirements
- Java Development Experience : Minimum Java version 8, Spring 2.4.
- Experience in IT : At least 10 years of experience.
- Agile Project Experience : Experience working in agile project environments with knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Scaled Agile Experience : Experience with scaled agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or DAD (an asset).
- Group Insurance Software Knowledge : Experience with group insurance software (an asset).
- Talend Experience : Familiarity with Talend (an asset).
- Integration Projects : Experience in integration projects (an asset).
- AWS Knowledge : Familiarity with AWS (an asset).
- Language Proficiency :
o Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
o English proficiency is a plus.
Soft Skills :
o Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
o Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including clients, development teams, business domain experts, IT specialists, and managers.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Autonomous and responsible.
o Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple dimensions (business, development, infrastructure, security).
o Ability to work meticulously on multiple projects simultaneously.
