We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client’s team as a Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist. As part of our finance department, you will be crucial in managing customer credit files and ensuring the timely collection of company receivables.

What you'll do :

Manage customer credit files with meticulous attention to detail.

Ensure the timely collection of company receivables following established terms.

Skillfully negotiate with clients in cases of non-payment, employing tact and diplomacy.

Prepare and issue Accounts Receivable aging reports to appropriate managers for review.

Possess knowledge of credit insurance to mitigate risk effectively.

What you'll bring :

5 years of progressive AR and credit experience

Knowledge of credit insurance principles and practices.

Demonstrated experience in managing customer credit files and collections processes.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle non-payment cases diplomatically.

Proficiency in generating and analyzing Accounts Receivable aging reports.

Experienced in managing and directing a team

Bilingual proficiency, with fluency in both English and French

Post-secondary education in accounting or similar
