As an Electronics Simulation Research and Development Intern, you will join a team responsible for the R&D of state-of-the-art electromagnetics, circuit and system simulators.

This is a 40-hour per week paid position, starting May 2025 and concluding August 2025. This position is remote .

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advance the research of numerical algorithms and high-performance computational software.
  • Develop and automate unit and regression tests.
  • Develop new features using object oriented programming language

Engages a network of expert professionals to collaborate and accomplish development objectives

  • Investigate defects in production code.
  • Develop test suites for the developed features.
  • Analyze results and improve the usability of the software.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
  • Currently enrolled as an engineering graduate student () in Canada and actively enrolled at the time of internship / co-op
  • Sharp and tenacious problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience with HFSS.

PERFERRED EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of computational electromagnetics, numerical methods, circuit simulation, device modeling
