Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Adecco is currently recruiting for a full-time Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to assume a permanent position with our esteemed client, a prominent provider of industrial, mine, and mill solutions in Atlantic Canada.
Located in Sussex, NB, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving, with a focus on inventory management and control.

- Pay Rate : $52,000 (negotiable, based on experience)
- Shifts : Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm
- Location : Sussex, NB

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure accuracy in verifying goods in and out.
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping and reconcile to documentation.
- Follow up on picking slip shortages for outgoing orders.
- Assist with inventory counts, reconciling overages and shortages.
- Enter all receiving information into computer software.
- Arrange freight pickups online.
- Maintain a clean and efficient inventory area, organizing aisles and storage bins.
- Conduct regular stock counts and collaborate with the team on counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Post-secondary education in shipping, document control, supply chain, or logistics is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping & receiving.
- 1-2 years of supervisory / management experience.
- Forklift operator experience.
- Background in inventory control and management.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others and adapt to changes.
