Role Description

The Central Regional Director position is a full-time, on-site role based in Western Canada. The individual will be responsible for daily tasks such as managing and developing client relationships, understanding product offerings, providing technical advice, and supporting sales activities. Additional responsibilities include market research, attending client meetings, participating in product training sessions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic security, audio / video, and networking products is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales, client account management, or related fields.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities for understanding and explaining product features.
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in the commercial, industrial, or residential markets is highly desirable.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
