Summer Student Retail Leasing

Role impact:

To provide support to the Retail Leasing Team including but not limited to analysis workflow coordination process management and research tasks. This is a contract position for the Summer the successful candidate must be available from May to August.

What you will deliver:

• Researching new local clients for the retail leasing team and assist in the sales process with these prospects.
• Preparation of internal and external research tasks relating to sales traffic and competitive analysis.
• Preparation of marketing material leasing packages and presentations for internal and external use.
• Assist in the preparation of reports lease summaries and business cases.
• Maintain professional service and support in client facing duties including business reviews phone and email inquiries and other client interactions.

What your strengths are:

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word with the ability to quickly adapt to other programs (Tableau Salesforce)
• Preparation of reports and materials to meet deadlines
• Strong research and prospecting abilities
• Self-starter and highly motivated

What you need to succeed:

• Enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree in a Business or Real Estate related program
• Proficient computer skills

Minimum starting hourly rate of $18.00. The hourly rate for this position will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to the role academic program year and prior work experience.
