Housekeeping Supervisor

JOIN OUR WINNING TEAM The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely as a hands-on employee and be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager in all aspects of the Housekeeping department including planning, organizing, and developing the overall operations of the housekeeping department. Responsibilities :

• Participation in the development of business strategies for the rooms division aligned with the hotel’s overall objectives.
• Contribution to the development and implementation of the Housekeeping department’s business and operational strategies.
• Assisting the Housekeeping Manager to oversee, lead, and direct Housekeeping operations.
• Ensuring a positive environment for incoming guests.
• Providing orientation and training for employees.

Qualifications :

• Experience in managing a team of housekeeping staff will be an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
