Must haves:

Responsibilities:

• Interacts with the stakeholders and subject matter experts to map onboarding pre-approvals through gathering documenting and analyzing health care sectors legal structure and EHR requirements.

• Leads and conducts business analysis in order to assess clients business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that
  
• solutions can be determined.
  
• Leads and conducts business analysis at varying levels of detail appropriate to the
  
• project and phases of project aligning with OPS Unified Project Management
  
• Conducts business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data
  
• modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules
  
• definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting requirements gathering developing documentation including presentations and briefing notes and conducting stakeholder engagement. 25 Points
  
• Experience with stakeholder engagement with excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills. 25 Points
  
  

Deliverables Include:

• Categorize and map eCHN end users to Ontario Healths pre-approved HIC types and validate the legally responsible person for pre-approval prior to migration to the Provincial Clinical Viewer
  
• Requirements gathering mapping analysis and reporting
