To perform Opportunity assessment sessions alongside Product owners, Business stakeholders, Architects, and Tech Managers to formulate the Product roadmap.

To conduct comparisons of estimates with previously launched Products to identify discrepancies and resolved budgetary issues through discussions with Business stakeholders.

To collaborate with Business Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Requirements managers to delineate the Minimum Viable Product with maximum customer-oriented features within budget constraints.

To facilitate requirements deep dive meetings and brainstorming sessions to devise various strategic solutions. Collected and reviewed estimates for these solutions, presenting them to Higher Management to inform scope decisions

To detect gaps in the requirements and swiftly remedied them by organizing Gap analysis meetings and crafting comprehensive E2E process flow diagrams

To update High-Level Design documents and conducted thorough reviews with all teams to secure consensus.

To serve as a bridge between Business stakeholders and Technical teams, facilitating smooth communication and understanding.

To contribute to defect triaging and coordinated end-to-end testing among multiple Tech teams to guarantee seamless Production deployment.
