Accountant - 6 months

About the Opportunity

• Review of the Opportunities set up by the business development team in Salesforce.
• Validation of contractual data once the opportunity gets converted into a job sold, plus the set up of budget revenue and budget costs, the comparison with Actuals.
• Client invoicing, and the preparation and review of job metrics.
• Handle projects serviced by teams based in Canada, USA and Latin America.

About You

• 3-5 years of relevant finance / accounting
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written. High communication role working with sales, project managers, and finance
• Ability to take initiative, team oriented, work efficiently to meet deadlines
• ERP experience and proficiency in MS Excel. Maconomy ERP and Salesforce CRM is an asset

Pay Rate

$35 - $38 / hour
