As a Client Reporting Associate, you will support the preparation, production, and delivery of client reports, including trade confirmations, client statements, CRM2 reports, and supplementary tax packages across CI Wealth lines of business. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in financial services or wealth management operations. You will ensure accurate and timely reporting while gaining experience with regulatory requirements and operational processes.
What You Will Do :
Assist with the preparation and quality review of trade confirmations, client and custodian statements, CRM2 reports, and supplementary tax packages.
Work with team members to learn and operate reporting platforms and book-of-record systems.
Liaise with internal teams such as Technology, Compliance, Client Experience, and other Wealth Operations teams to help address reporting needs.
Develop understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., CIRO, CSA).

WHAT WE OFFER
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $34,320 to $58,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
