Job Summary

We are hiring a full‑time Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. The role involves extending core Health Cloud functionality, integrating with external clinical systems (EMR / EHR, tele‑health, billing), and ensuring compliance with Canadian health‑privacy regulations (PHIPA, PIPEDA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Health Cloud objects, components, and integrations to support patient management and outcomes tracking, adhering to healthcare standards and privacy requirements.
• Design and implement data‑driven solutions, ensuring integrity, security, and compliance with PHIPA, PIPEDA, and provincial privacy regulations.
• Lead technical design reviews, conduct peer code reviews, and mentor junior developers to maintain best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile delivery, automate business processes, and support CI / CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and related tools.
• Provide Tier 2 production support, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with Salesforce releases and health tech trends to propose innovative solutions.
