How You Will Contribute
Lead production operations and implement IL6S‑Integrated Lean 6‑sigma journey and Factory of Future Line organization.
Support manufacturing annual operational plans to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, engagement goals.
\ Govern and review operational performance, embed a zero‑loss mindset and continuously improve technology, culture, capability.
Maintain compliance with corporate quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, security, environment, sustainability and internal audit standards.
Drive talent, capability and engagement; partner with multi‑functional peers to achieve objectives.
What You Will Do
Develop and update maintenance strategies to improve reliability, availability and performance of equipment.
Own breakdown elimination work process; analyze countermeasures and drive capability across the site.
Optimize planned maintenance and shutdowns to reduce unplanned GE losses; follow up post‑maintenance actions.
Implement reliability improvements in collaboration with maintenance, operations and engineering teams.
Monitor and analyze KPIs : MTTR, MTBB, operational losses, minor stops, GE breakdown effect.
Develop maintenance procedures, standards and training materials.
Interface with OEMs to clarify procedures and update standards.
Conduct equipment criticality assessments and prioritize maintenance efforts.
Address capability gaps within the maintenance team.
Ensure new projects integrate with existing PM standards : functional location updates, maintenance plan updates, stockroom inventory updates and technical documentation updates.
What Extra Ingredients Will You Bring
Strong SAP PM skills (functional location, work notifications, orders, plans, cost, stockroom inventory).
Expert root‑cause analysis and breakdown elimination.
Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, infrared, oil).
Analytical skills in Excel.
Technical drawing and schematic interpretation.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Collaborative team player with leadership influence.
What You Bring
Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6‑sigma tools.
Excellent communication, coaching, analytics, problem solving and team building.
Engineer with financial and business acumen, project management skills and industrial maintenance knowledge.
Education
Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
