We're looking for an organised and motivated Regional People Business Partner to support local leadership teams. In this role, you'll implement people programmes in line with global frameworks, support learning and development initiatives, and help shape a consistent and positive employee experience.
What you'll be doing :
As Regional People Business Partner, you'll join us at an exciting time of rapid growth. Your main responsibilities will include :
Partnering with regional leaders on workforce planning, talent development, performance, and employee relations.
Collaborating with the Head of L&D to support and monitor learning and development initiatives such as compliance and leadership development.
Ensuring HR policies are applied consistently across the region and monitoring key metrics to inform decisions.
Working with the central People Operations team to ensure accurate data, system usage and reporting.
Leading change management, supporting cultural alignment, and championing employee experience and wellbeing.
Engaging with talent acquisition to drive new strategies.
About you :
We're looking for a confident, pragmatic HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver long-term people strategies. You'll be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working across multiple markets to make a real impact.
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have :
Proven experience in HR business partnering or generalist HR roles within multi-site or international environments.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR practices across the region.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with HR systems and data reporting tools.
Experience supporting or delivering L&D programs is also highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications :
CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) preferred.
