IT Coordinator - Infrastructure

Hello, I'm Clémence, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.

I work on two types of recruitment : temporary and permanent. All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment.

We cover the full range of IT professions : development, business intelligence and infrastructure. I am currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Coordinator for one of our customers.

This is a permanent position, with the possibility of telecommuting. Salary varies according to experience ($95,000 to $115,000).

Your responsibilities will include : - Lead and supervise a user support team as a system administrator. - Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability and security.

• Establish and enforce hardware standards, policies and support processes. - Manage and resolve network infrastructure issues, including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Ensure the stability and security of existing servers. - Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Responsible for budget and recruitment with the IT Manager. - Contribute to the realization of projects and influence technological choices to facilitate integration and operation ;
• University degree or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years experience as a team leader in an IT operational environment. - In-depth knowledge of systems administration, configuration management and change management best practices.
• In-depth understanding of networking principles and experience in managing network equipment. - In-depth knowledge of security systems - Mastery of hardware, software, firmware and network technologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills. - Fluent written and spoken French and English.
