• Ensure project governance is defined and maintained throughout project duration
• Present to senior business and IT management along with independently being able to produce presentations and other updates for senior level committee
• Work with the Director of Infrastructure to analyse and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market
• Act as primary liaison for BIS's technology vision via regular written and in-person communications with the organization's leadership and end users
• Develop, track, and control the technical services annual operating and capital budgets
• Develop business case justifications and cost / benefit analysis for technology spending and initiatives
• Provide daily leadership to the infrastructure team on projects, issues and actions.
• Ensure equipment and software operation adheres to established standards, applicable laws and regulations
• Select and lead the project team and being able to independently do project planning, tracking, reporting, change management and risk assessment and control by applying the correct PM methodologies and tooling.
• Ensure that the program / project are delivered within the boundaries of time, cost & quality according to the customer's expectations and requirements

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

• You have knowledge of products offered to improve and enhance infrastructure delivery.
• You have exceptional leadership skills to influence and drive multiple teams toward a common vision and roadmap.Strong analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience creating functional specifications, performing competitive analysis and / or market research.
• You have 10+ years of experience in Information Technology industry and in project management or equivalent area
• You have demonstrated, strong business acumen.
• You are able to work in a fast-moving infrastructure environment.
• You have understanding of cloud migration strategies.
• You are knowledgeable with various hyper-scalers.
