HR Director

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team on a contract basis in Scarborough, Ontario. This role involves overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of human resources, ensuring alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives, including policy development, benefits management, and employee training.Responsibilities : - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.- Manage and optimize human capital management (HCM) systems and HRMS platforms.- Oversee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and effective administration.- Lead employee training programs to enhance workforce skills and engagement.- Provide strategic guidance on recruitment processes and the use of ATS systems.- Collaborate with leadership to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive informed decision-making.- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.- Support organizational change initiatives related to HR functions.- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and leadership.- Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HR management systems.- Proficiency in managing ATS platforms and HCM systems.- Strong knowledge of HR administration, including benefits and compliance.- Proven ability to design and implement training programs.- Familiarity with developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.- Thorough understanding of employment laws and best practices.- Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
