Our client continues to be very busy with no shortage of high quality work. They are now seeking to add a highly skilled mid to senior level Banking and Financial Services Associate to join their dynamic, national practice group in their Calgary office.
Qualifications and Attributes :
- 2-7 years of post-call banking and financial services private practice experience from a national or reputable regional law firm.
- Experience in acquisition financings, corporate lending transactions, project financings and other debt financing transactions;
- Strong analytical and drafting skills;
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams;
- Qualified to practice law in Alberta
