What you’ll do

• Your mission is to ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently across all integration partners. You’ll work closely with them and with our Senior Architects / Partners to deliver the highest-quality models. You’ll also be expected to develop your project-management and technical skills to provide an initial level of analysis.
• Communicate with partners and customers to gather all documents required by the Pigment Framework.
• Use the analysis framework to deliver a first layer of automated qualification with AI.
• Understand, review, and validate business requirements translated from the customer by the partner.
• Understand, review, and validate design architecture.
• Assess the robustness, quality, and accuracy of the models configured for the customer.
• Determine when to elevate issues to a Senior Architect and / or the partner to address identified gaps.
• Collaborate with Senior Architects and Pigment’s Product Team to design and build GenAI-based QA tools that support and accelerate all QA activities.
• Provide level‑1 support to partners on modeling activities.
• Provide level‑1 support to partners on integrating source software and migration solutions (connectors and APIs).
• Onboard onto the Pigment platform, complete full certification, and begin your path toward Pigment modeling mastery.
• Apply learnings from each experience to improve your performance and contribute to the growth of the wider Pigment ecosystem.
