Problem‑solving skills, prioritization skills, sound judgement, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail are essential. You will have a proven ability to set and meet priorities and deadlines, and to handle multiple assignments in a complex, high‑pressure and time‑sensitive environment. You will have experience in completing computer‑based tasks and possess strong working knowledge and proficiency in common PC software applications such as Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), web‑based survey tools (e.g. REDCap), Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. Mail Chimp, Salesforce), internet search engines, social media and videoconferencing technologies.
