JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor or General Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, hauling, disposing of sewage, and other related duties for customers within Yellowknife and surrounding areas.
This role requires weekend work, overtime, and standby availability. As exposure to bio-hazard substances is possible, vaccinations are required.
DUTIES
- Carries out the collection, hauling and disposal of sewage and effluent within the City of Yellowknife and surrounding areas.
- Performs minor maintenance and repairs on Kavanaugh Bros. equipment as required :
- daily vehicle inspection and reporting of any deficiencies to immediate Supervisor;
- daily lubrication of equipment components;
- ensuring equipment is kept clean and orderly.
- Performs other related duties as required.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Must have Class 3 drivers license with Air Break Endorsement
- 3 plus years of driving experience
- Able to provide a Driver's Abstract
- Good Physical condition and able to lift and handle vacuum truck hoses
- Able to work Full-Time or Seasonal
