Regional Sales Manager
Valco Melton, a world leader in adhesive dispensing and quality assurance systems, is now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Outside Sales team in Canada.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position will develop new business, manage existing accounts, and provide technical support for the full Valco Melton product line throughout their designated territory.
The individual in this position will be working from a home office in the Montreal region and will be responsible for a territory encompassing Quebec and the provinces to its east (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
This is a highly autonomous role that provides an opportunity to work with an innovative, robust, and diverse product line.

Specific Responsibilities :
- Find and develop new customers across all industries within assigned territory.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients to promote upgrades and new solutions.
- Effectively communicate, present, and demonstrate the product solutions of the company.
- Travel throughout the territory with overnight trips of 2-3 nights per week on average as required.
- Provide competent technical and installation support when needed.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service, and Technical Service to provide customers with excellent support at all levels.
- Attend trade show events when relevant.
Required / Preferred Qualifications :
- Proven technical sales ability or background.
- Technical studies (electrical / mechanical) and / or 3-5 years’ industry experience.
- Ability to work at a high level without daily supervision.
- Experience selling to manufacturing-based companies.
- Drivers' license is required.
- Experience selling to the Food & Beverage, Corrugated, or Folding Carton industries (preferred).
