Job Summary
- Senior leadership role overseeing conference & event operations
- Manages Conference Service Managers, Coordinators, Concierge
- Owns large-scale conferences from contract → execution
- Heavy on client management, execution, forecasting, and space optimization
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the conference services teamOversee major events and conferences end-to-endEnsure smooth execution, strong guest experience, and revenue performanceHandle forecasting, resumes, BEOs, contracts, and space usageWork closely with Director on budgets, planning, and operationsClient relationship management + site inspectionsHiring, onboarding, trainingRun weekly conference meetings when neededRequirements
Prior leadership experience in conference / events / hospitalityStrong organization, communication, and problem-solvingComfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsEvent systems + Microsoft OfficePost-secondary education = nice to have, not criticalPerks
