Responsibilities : Mass mailing of sales program via email, mail, etc.... - Update customer files, complaint files, contact lists, etc.... - Enter customer orders - Follow-up on orders - Website management and updating - Logistics support - Manage invoicing - Answer customer calls and e-mails. - All other related tasks (procurement, supplier contacts)Qualifications required : - DEP in administration or equivalent experience - Experience in customer service - Computer literate - Experience with Office , Simply Accounting and CRM software - Fluently bilingual (French and English) - Sales experience an asset
