We are currently seeking a Warehouse Admin to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in international logistics and supply chain management.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm

Pay Range : $20.00–27.86 / hour

What You’ll Do :

• Sign driver in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork
• Assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads
• Process Bills of Lading and associated shipping and receiving documents
• Reconcile inbounds with packing slips
• Provide a strong level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Maintain inbound and outbound schedules
• Work closely with shift managers and leaders to accomplish shift goals
• Report errors or issues to the appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy
• Perform all duties in a safe and timely manner
