We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cardiology Technologist to join our Cardio Diagnostics Team.

Employment Status : Temporary Part-timeDuration : June 2026 Hours of Work : Days, primarily weekdays. Weekend coverage may be required. Location : Humber River Health, Wilson Site Labour Group : OPSEU 577 Reporting Relationship : Manager, Cardio-Diagnostic Hourly Rate : $35.93 - $41.37

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Provides optimum quality non-invasive diagnostic cardiac testing that will include Cardiac Stress Testing, ECG, Holter Set up and Scanning, Ambulatory Blood Pressure set up and reporting and Simple Spirometry

• Performs safe and relevant diagnostic examinations, testing, and adjustments with respect to cardiac implanted electronic devices (CIEDs) - this includes, but not limited to, pacemakers, ICDs, implantable loop recorders.
• Collaborates with physicians to address any concerns / issues identified during device interrogation (ie : troubleshooting)
• Assists in CIED implantation and operating analyzer software / programmers. Responds to emergency situations appropriately, if the need arises.
• Participates in patient and family education post implant.
• Safely operates and troubleshoots device clinic equipment, and demonstrates concise and accurate documentation and adherence to unit and hospital policies and procedures.
