Total Experience : 10+ years

Required Skill Set :

Own end-to-end program management for APIC to cloud migration projects.

Define migration strategy, roadmap, and timelines in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.

Manage stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting at executive levels.

Oversee risk management, compliance, and security during migration.

Coordinate across multiple teams (API developers, cloud engineers, QA, operations) to ensure smooth execution.

Drive resource planning, budgeting, and vendor management.

Ensure adherence to Agile DevOps practices and continuous delivery principles.

Track progress using program dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership.

Desired Skill Sets :

Qualifications Proven experience as Program Manager in cloud migration or API modernization programs.

Strong knowledge of IBM API Connect (APIC) and API lifecycle management.

Expertise in AWS cloud platform and migration methodologies.

Familiarity with CICD pipelines, DevOps, and API security standards (OAuth, JWT).

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
