Marketing Design Coordinator Graphic Design

Role impact:

The Marketing Design Coordinator Graphic Design is responsible for executing the implementation of both internal and external marketing communication assets across our properties and national channels to support our marketing objectives. This role reports to the Creative Operations Manager.

What you will deliver:

• Create and adapt digital motion and video campaign assets across CFs diverse environments including; large-scale OOH media social media posts website assets mobile apps retail property screens and e-newsletters.
• Ad hoc digital requests from other internal departments
• Ensure all deliverables meet brief requirements and deadlines while maintaining a clear view of project workload and proactively escalate potential challenges to leadership before they impact delivery dates.
• Provide exceptional client service support through proactive solutions and timely responses to feedback and requests while working to mitigate any potential issues and risks.
• Stay at the forefront of motion design trends and emerging technologies (including AI-assisted workflows and interactive digital out-of-home media) to keep CFs creative output competitive and innovative.
• Accountable for the project management on multiple simultaneous marketing projects with internal stakeholders vendors and other project resources

What you need to succeed:

• Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design Program or other post-secondary education with a professional degree from an accredited School of Graphic Design or an accredited college / CEGEP (possess DEC from a minimum 3 year program).
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and professional experience in Digital & Motion Design
• Extensive knowledge of the following programs: Adobe CC (After Effects Premier Pro InDesign Photoshop Illustrator) Asana Excel Word PowerPoint.
• Versatile portfolio showcasing creative concepts motion design and various techniques combined with video across multiple platforms.
• Experience incorporating AI-driven tools to optimize production efficiency and creative exploration.

Starting base salary for this job level may range from $49103to $65471. The actual base salary offered will consider several factors including but not limited to the role experiences skills & qualifications location market and internal considerations; with this context CF reserves the right to pay above this range.
