Job Description : The Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services role involves working with relevant technologies, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze, develop, implement, and troubleshoot within the Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services domain.
• Deploy and configure Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA.
• Provide expert‑level support for ZIA and ZPA, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Support operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.
• Support the lifecycle of network security projects, including new builds and upgrades.
• Collaborate with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams.
• Perform planned configuration changes to Zscaler platforms and firewalls.
• Identify network issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide quality documentation and deliver presentations on network issues and troubleshooting techniques.
• Diagnose system failures quickly and accurately.

Qualifications : Primary skill set : Zscaler Engineer. Secondary skill set : Network Engineer.
