Qualifications

Typical requirements for Pharmacy Manager roles with our clients include :

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in Canada (able to transfer to Ontario)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacist role is a typical requirement for a pharmacy management role. You are welcome to apply if you have less experience - we can assess your leadership competencies and support your interest and application.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage change and lead a team but setting a wonderful example
• Interest in continuous improvement of processes, recognizing service opportunities and where improvements can be made
• Prior experience managing financials (P&L, budget, expenses, etc.) is preferred however many of our clients will also train someone who has great team leadership background and clinical expertise
