Customer Service Advisor - Remote

- Resolving inquiries from clients.
- Foster and preserve superior connections.
- Exhibit excellent communication abilities.
- Show empathy and sensitivity.
- Exhibit excellent customer service abilities.
- Arranging and setting up insurance policies.
- Entering customers information onto database.
- Addressing and elevating grievances when required.
- Taking payments for products. Requirements :
- Two years or more of experience serving customers via phone, email, and social media, ideally on digital platforms
- Expertise in data entry and computer programs like Word and Excel.
- Excellent ability to handle objections.
- Great rapport building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ability. Benefits :
