We are looking for part time employees in Lansdowne.

Welcome to coffee lovers and all those who want to develop their knowledge of coffee.

We're looking for candidates with sales and customer service experience.

You must be available to work weekdays, one closing per week, and every other weekend all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

As a sales clerk, you will be responsible for informing and guiding customers in their choice of products according to their specific needs

Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers discover the Nespresso brand, whether by proposing new products related to their interests, conducting various transactions, or developing new customers through clear explanations of the various products.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in customer service (luxury industry, an asset)

• Excellent command of French, and professional English is a great asset.
• Ability to work in a team
• Easy to adapt quickly to different types of customers and offer them personalized service
• Punctuality and exemplary assiduity
