Randstad is proud to parnter with a multidisciplinerary consulting firm in their search for a Licensed Ontario Land Surveyor to join their growing team! Our client is looking for an Ontario Land Surveyor in their Burlington office.

This role will see you working closely with Surveyors, Engineers and Technologists to deliver land survey and engineering projects.

Please note, the salary range is dependant on experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects including; Reference Plans, Subdivision Plans, Plans of Condominium, Surveyor’s Real Property Reports etc.
  • Conduct surveys to establish, locate, define or describe lines, boundaries or corners of parcels of land
  • Update boundary lines and prepare sites for construction
  • Land Registry Office / Title Searching
  • Oversee, prepare and review a variety of survey documents
  • Contribute to mapmaking

Qualifications

  • Licensed Ontario Land Surveyor in good standing with the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors
  • Familiar with a broad field of engineering and surveying
  • Strong knowledge of surveying and engineering principles and design standards - knowledge of Cadastral an asset
  • Well versed with AutoCAD and Civil3D
  • Experience working with drafting / graphic software
  • Ability to provide written descriptions / technical reports on improvements
