Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Order Processor Location : North York / Toronto area (On-site) Hours : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time Salary : $45,000 - $52,000 annually (based on experience) We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Order Processor to join our team. This role provides essential support to customers and sales representatives by managing orders, inventory inquiries, and product information in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you'll be doing Provide telephone and email support regarding order status, product availability, and specifications. Accurately process customer orders, quotes, and returns through online systems, email, and fax. Recommend alternative products and promote additional sales opportunities through cross-selling or up-selling. Maintain accurate inventory and delivery information, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with requests for catalogs, samples, and other product information. What you bring Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while taking initiative. Experience with decorated orders for promotional products (preferably bags) or basic graphic software is an asset.
