Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX
As the Application Engineer, Corporate Services, you own the Workday-centric integration fabric that ties together our global corporate technology ecosystem. Primarily focused on Workday integrations, you connect to key downstream systems including payroll, compliance, legal, facilities, asset protection, and analytics platforms. You will partner with the Product Manager, P&C Technology Corporate Systems team, and business teams to turn roadmaps into scalable, reliable integrations that drive efficiency and employee experience across the company.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team
You’ll be part of a high-velocity Corporate Systems team led by the Senior Product Manager, Corporate Systems. The core squad is you, the Product Manager (P&C Technology), and the Business Analyst — working shoulder-to-shoulder with P&C business partners and AMER Group implementation teams to own Workday integrations end-to-end.
You will co-design and deliver against the HCM roadmap, provide day-to-day support, and act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership. You will ensure our Workday-centric integration landscape scales to meet the needs of a growing, global organization.

Compensation
$82,000 - $112,000 CAD per year. A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$82,000 - CAD$112,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and / or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience. The range reflects base pay only and does not include benefits.
