Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in Brantford and the Niagara Region .

This on-site role involves managing the full sales cycle—from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre-construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with in-house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you.

What You’ll Do

• Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities
• Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes
• Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal
• Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures
• Attend on-site appointments, events, and presentations as needed
