Job Description

Union : Non‑Union. Number of vacancies : 1. New position. Site : Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital – this role requires travel to all UHN sites. Department : Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC). Reports to : Director. Salary Range : $27.56 to $34.45 per hour. Hours : 18.75 per week. Status : Temporary Part‑Time until March 31, 2026. Closing Date : January 9, 2026.

Position Summary :

As an integral member of the IPAC Department, the Clinical Research Study Assistant supports ongoing quality improvement within the IPAC Department and contributes to quality improvement, data collection, and measurement for UHN‑wide programs.

Duties

• The Clinical Research Study Assistant liaises with appropriate departments supporting local quality improvement work and acts as a resource person for varying aspects of projects that may include creating and promoting educational materials, conducting focus groups or surveys, and data collection, management, and reporting.
• This role requires travel to all UHN sites and may require performing cross‑functional and / or other duties consistent with the job classification, as required.
