About Global Management Program:
- The GMP is a 5-day intensive business study program in Tokyo, in which you will visit our head office and stores, and study a company with global business operations first hand.
- Together you'll consider specific business challengers through sessions with individual market specialist and senior managers, debate solutions in teams with other talent international students, and present your conclusions to members of the board.
Sample Focus Topics:
- Global customs and customers. Powerful global change along with UNIQLO's revolutionary new materials and clothing concepts have transformed lifestyles over the past 20 years. What lies ahead in the next two decades?
- Innovative, sustainable models. Developing a customer needs-driven, responsible business operation model that makes, transports and sells on what is necessary.
Learn How To:
- Develop international vision and a desire to become global business professionals.
- Ensure businesses grow in partnership with society and social needs.
- Interact with senior management and tackle today's business challenges.
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel abroad and hold a valid Passport.
- Must be currently enrolled full-time in a College or University program.
- Expenses will be covered for those who are selected.

À propos du programme de gestion international au Japon :
- Le programme de gestion international est un programme intensif de 5 jours consacré à l’étude du commerce à Tokyo, au cours duquel vous allez visiter notre siège social et nos magasin, et découvrir une entreprise opérant à l’échelle mondiale.
- Ensemble, vous allez étudier les défis commerciaux spécifiques lors des sessions avec les spécialistes des marchés et les membres séniors, trouver des solutions en équipe, et présenter les conclusions aux juges.
Exemples de thématiques à l’étude :
- Les coutumes et les clients à l’Échelle mondiale. Les changements mondiaux importants associés aux nouveaux matériaux et concepts vestimentaires révolutionnaires d’UNIQLO ont transformé le mode de vie au cours des 20 dernières années. Que nous réserve les deux prochaines décennies?
- Des modèles innovants et durables. Développer un modèle d’affaire axé sur les besoins des clients, qui fabrique, transporte et vend ce qui est nécessaire.
Apprendre le savoir-faire:
- Développer une vision internationale et le désir de devenir des professionnels du commerce international.
- Assurer la croissance des entreprises en partenariat avec la société et les besoins sociaux.
- Travailler ensemble avec la direction et relever les défis commerciaux actuels.
Conditions requises:
- Être en mesure de voyager à l’étranger et être titulaire d’un passeport valide.
- Être actuellement inscrit à temps plein dans un programme universitaire ou collégial.
- Les frais seront pris en charge par UNIQLO pour les candidats sélectionnés.
