Role Summary

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with outstanding clinical skills and a calm, client-centered approach. You’ll play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team — supporting physicians, nurse practitioners, and other care providers to deliver seamless, thoughtful health experiences. This is an opportunity to practice nursing with depth, not just speed.

You’ll support executive health assessments, manage clinical prep and post-visit follow-ups, and provide wraparound support throughout each client’s journey. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys a well‑paced, high‑touch environment and thrives in a team‑focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare clients for diagnostics, assessments, and procedures in a calm, professional manner
• Perform clinical tasks including vitals, ECGs, specimen collection, injections, and immunizations
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physicians to support personalized care plans
• Provide clear client education and post‑visit instructions with warmth and clarity
• Document clinical activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Ensure clinic spaces are clean, prepped, and ready for each visit
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and care innovation projects

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in outpatient, primary care, executive health, or wellness‑focused settings
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect easily with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Bonus: experience in preventive medicine, corporate wellness, or concierge‑style care
