PositionAccountabilities
- FinancialReporting preparing financial plans budgets cashflow management andprojections;
- Businesspolicy and processdevelopment;
- Recordsmanagement including journal entry account reconciliation invoicingaccounts payable andreceivable;
- Payrolland benefitsadministration;
- KPIreporting including projects safety employee management payrollsafety andfinance;
- Officeadministration andsupport;
- PreparingYearEnddocumentation;
- Managementof deliverables and working relationships with Woodlands peersmanagement andclients.
PositionRequirements andQualifications
- Postsecondaryeducation related to a Business Business Administration or anAccountingdiscipline;
- Minimumexperience of 3 years in a relatedposition;
- Knowledgeablein current small business best managementpractices;
- Proficientin Microsoft Office applications and accounting software(preferablyQuickBooks);
- Abilityto demonstrate leadership quality safety and customer servicefocus;
- Strongcommunication skills collaborative and teamoriented;
- ITor safety program management knowledge or experience is consideredas anasset.
