We are looking to add an Automotive Parts Counter person to our Ingersoll location.
NAPA Auto Parts Ingersoll offers a wide range of replacement parts, accessories, supplies, tools, equipment, and quality products for automotive, industrial, and farm.

The Responsibilities :
- Responsible for accurately looking up parts with NAPA / PROLINK computer systems as well as paper catalogues and other methods
- Sells a diverse line of automotive and industrial products to wholesale and retail customers either on the phone or over-the-counter
- Processes sales and refunds transactions with accuracy using cash, debit and credit cards
- Effectively communicates product features, benefits and warranty policy to customers
- Maintains store organization and cleanliness
- Picks orders accurately
- Works effectively as parts of a team; demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude
The Skills and Qualifications :
- Automotive aftermarket experience, an asset - but willing to train right person
- Strong knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs
- Knowledge of farm supply and industrial supply
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
- Familiar with use of computers and electronic catalogues
- Quick learner with good retention
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professional image and effective customer service skills
- Must be able to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day
- Able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Hours : We are open Monday - Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. You must be available for an 8 hour shift between these times.
You will also be required to work alternating Saturdays from 8 : 00 a.m. - 12 : 00 p.m.
