Grounds Superintendent

• Company Vehicle and Gas Card.

• Maintain knowledge of site layouts and key infrastructure (alarm panels, roof hatches, hydrants, utility rooms, etc.).
• Supervise and coordinate multiple grounds-keeping properties & crews.
• Manage outdoor janitorial services.
• Plan and coordinate snow and ice removal operations during winter.
• Ensure all work meets contractual scope and service standards.
• Conduct site inspections, address maintenance needs, and make timely decisions to resolve operational issues.

• 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
• An asset: Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make quick and smart decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Knowledge of HVAC and general maintenance practices.
