We are seeking an HVAC R Technician to join our team as a supervisor / installer.
Responsibilities :
- Install new heating and air conditioning systems
- Inspect, diagnose, and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in HVAC, related fields and components
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Clean driving record and certificate of conduct
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Must be able to work as a team as well as unsupervised
