As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Pharmacist who has the passion to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

Location : 456 Holland St W #2, Bradford, ON L3Z 0G1 Summary : The Pharmacist will manage the overall operations of the pharmacy, including product dispensing and providing new pharmacy services.

This is a permanent part-time position with alternative Saturdays. Key Responsibilities : - Provide medication dispensing and consultation services - Collaborate with family physicians directly or through EMR system to optimize patient care - Provide drug management expertise to assist patients in reaching their health goals - Work with the Pharmacy Manager and Clinic Management Team to develop and deliver programs and services - Be an active member of the interdisciplinary team to grow pharmacy services, both clinically and financially Requirements : - Licensed in Part A, Ontario College of Pharmacists - Required - Experience in retail setting - Preferred - Ability to combine clinical and dispensing functions in practice - Required - Knowledge with Kroll and EMR - Preferred Why Enhanced Care might be right place for you : -Nominated for 2012 York Regions' Character Organization Award -Winner of 2015 OPA's Collaborative Services Award -Ongoing career training and development Powered by JazzHR
