Role
As part of our ongoing journey, Southlake Health is looking for a knowledgeable and strategic Manager, Pharmacy Clinical Services to join our Pharmacy Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this role provides strategic oversight of clinical pharmacy services across inpatient areas and select outpatient clinics.
- This position will lead a team of clinical pharmacists and learners, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based, and cost-effective care that meets Accreditation Canada and Ontario College of Pharmacists standards.
- As a collaborative leader, you’ll work closely with physician partners and clinical teams to drive service excellence, innovation, and quality improvement.
- This is an opportunity to shape the future of pharmacy services at Southlake by guiding vision and planning, developing staff, and contributing to cross-organizational projects that enhance patient care.
