About the Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

We are building Citco’s Salesforce Platform as the unified digital backbone for Client 360, Investor 360, Onboarding Backbone, Data Quality, and Enterprise Process Automation — redefining how Citco engages clients and investors globally.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar disciplines.

Experience

• 10+ years overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Process Automation, and Lightning.
• Exposure to data synchronization, client hierarchy, financial services data models, or Salesforce for enterprise transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep hands‑on expertise, strong solutioning capabilities, and the maturity to influence design decisions, while still actively building scalable solutions.

You will contribute to high‑impact releases (1.0–1.2 and beyond), including Client 360, Dynamo migrations, Investor onboarding, UAT workflow enablement, and integrations with Data Cloud, DataBricks, Fusion, AXI, and FenX.

Citco’s Client Systems group blends product, architecture, and engineering disciplines to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce platforms — supporting GRM teams, Client Onboarding, Business Development, Investor Services, and Operations.

This role bridges advanced technical execution and solution collaboration. You will architect and build, but without full people‑management responsibility.
