The Role

Necessary Qualifications/Competencies

• Minimum 25 years old
• Full G License
• Ability to be flexible and work independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of people

Responsibilities

• Transport campers and/or staff to Pearson Airport, Billy Bishop Airport, Union Station.
• Drop off or pick up camper/staff and/or supplies as needed for canoe trips including medical evacuations.
• Take campers/staff to the hospital as needed. Some instances will require staying at the hospital with a camper and other times only drop off and pick up will be required.
• Daily town runs to pick up prescriptions, program supplies, mail etc
• Periodic supply runs to towns in surrounding area

Maintenance

• Ensure that vehicles are scheduled and taken for oil changes as needed.
• Ensure the vehicles have adequate gas and fill as necessary.
• Keep vehicles clean and free of garbage.
