We are seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Laborers to join one of our clients in the food manufacturing industry in Scarborough, ON. This is a full-time role supporting food production, packaging, and sanitation operations. The ideal candidate will follow food safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently as part of a production team.

This role is suitable for Mandarin / Chinese-speaking candidates, as communication with team members may require these languages.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in food production and processing
• Packaging food products according to specifications
• Sorting and handling food materials safely
• Recording weights and production details
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Clearing work areas to ensure safe pathways
• Supporting production line operations
• Communicating with supervisors and team members
• Following food safety and quality standards at all times

Requirements & Experience Previous experience in food manufacturing or food processing is preferred Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices Ability to use basic hand tools (asset) Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Commitment to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations Mandarin and / or Chinese language skills are an asset Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule Full-Time Hours Monday to Friday (shift details to be confirmed)
