What will your typical day look like?
The Deloitte Technology (DT) Process Optimization Manager plays a critical role in driving the daily operations of DT’s process optimization initiatives, ensuring that the team is equipped with accurate program processes, templates and tooling to guide optimizations that improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance quality across business processes. You will collaborate and partner with Process Optimization Program Leadership in the development and delivery of enhancement processes, providing thought leadership around LEAN Six Sigma, process redesign and SLA insights. Outstanding research, analytical, and quantitative aptitude, as well as advanced attention to detail, are required for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Process Optimization Leadership to drive DT’s overall process optimization program, deploying LEAN Six Sigma methodologies and tools, where appropriate to improve business processes, in alignment with strategic and related programs
- Identify, prioritize and lead process optimization initiatives that align with organizational goals, DT’s enterprise strategy and that put the customer at the center of service delivery
- Drive measurable improvements in cost reduction, cycle time, quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Manage process improvement projects, ensuring project delivery expectations around time, budget and scope are met
- Collect, analyze, interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights for program stakeholders of all levels
- Collaborate across Deloitte Technology service areas and teams outside of DT as appropriate to ensure process improvements are sustainable
- Partner with leaders and teams to drive adoption of process improvements, as appropriate
- Support change management strategies to embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor Green Belts and business leaders in LEAN Six Sigma methods and tools
- Deliver training sessions, workshops and Kaizen events
- Partner to identify opportunities for automation, digitization and technology-enabled solutions where appropriate
- Support the enhancement & development of dashboards that monitor process health and performance, ensuring continued process transparency & health

Bachelor’s Degree / Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of Technology7 years of experience in business process / project delivery experience, preferably in a global organization, with good understanding of a comprehensive set of best practices and tools for developing and deploying technology solutions.Self-directed and experienced in managing LSS Blackbelt level projectsAbility to understand technical concepts to create strategic, program level summaries and draw decisionpoints and insightsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutionsExcellent process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously while continuously measuring and improving those processesStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead a global multi-disciplinary team of assigned resourcesAdvanced experience with use of reporting and presentation tools like Excel and PPTExperience with use of MS Teams and / or SharePointPreferred :

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
