Our client is a leading industrial leader providing outstanding products and services to a wide variety of industrial and commercial businesses.
We are presently searching for a sales specialist to manage and grow their business in a territory which consists of Calgary and surrounding areas.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build and execute strategic territory business plans
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead sales growth in the defined territory with a full suite of products
- Plan, organize, lead and participate in Tradeshows / Customer Seminars at times
- Participate in industry association meetings and events as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2 4 years of successful Industrial Distribution sales preferred
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to retrieve & review data to assess performance and make informed decisions and build action plans to drive profitable growth
- Exceptional communication, organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Post-secondary education in business an asset
- An emphasis on selling / marketing, or equivalent progressive work experience
- Proficient PC skills & MS Office suite products
- Must be a dedicated team player
Remuneration will consist of a base salary and, bonus program targeting the first-year earnings of $80-85K in addition to expenses, auto allowances and a very good benefit program.
